If the official channels drag their feet, file a complaint with the BBB. Just search “BBB file a complaint,” pick Temu, upload your evidence and explain the issue. They don’t guarantee a takedown, but it puts public pressure on them. Sometimes that’s enough.
I’ve only used the email route. ipprotection@temu.com still works. Send:
Got a reply within 48 hours. But I’ve heard others got a “missing DMCA info” response and then nothing. So the portal is probably safer.
I handled something similar recently. Temu has a dedicated IP protection portal now — way better than email.

Make sure your evidence is solid. If you have notarized docs, the takedown rate is way higher.
