Hey fellow sellers, need urgent help. Last night I got two Amazon warnings for search rank manipulation—but I’ve never hired third parties, boosted sales, or done anything against their policies.

I called support, and they said I have to admit fault to get it fixed. I refused (I did nothing wrong), submitted an appeal with the facts, and it failed. Now Amazon wants evidence I didn’t abuse the system, and I have no clue what to send.

I think it’s because I cleared ~1,000 slow-moving units with a deep discount (only using Amazon’s liquidation tools—no shady stuff). I’ve done this before, but the sudden order spike must’ve triggered their algorithm.

Worse, they just emailed saying they’ll suspend my account in 72 hours. I have tons of FBA inventory—this would ruin my business.

Has anyone else been wrongfully flagged for bulk liquidation/legit discounts? What legit evidence can I submit? How do I appeal without admitting false violations?

What I already tried (no luck):

Screenshots of my Amazon liquidation plan (proving I was clearing dead stock, not boosting ranks)

Order history showing sales were legit (from discounts, not fake transactions)

Explanation that I was minimizing losses on slow-moving inventory

Any tips for a strong appeal? Lean into data, or explain the liquidation context? Desperate for help—thanks in advance.
