eBay US recently rolled out the EIS (eBay International Shipping) program. Has anyone seen a real lift in international orders from it? How do you know if it’s working for your store? And what’s the best way to use it?
I’m trying to figure out whether it’s worth enabling for my listings.

The only way to know is to test it with a few SKUs and see how the numbers actually play out. Also worth noting: eBay’s overall traffic has been flat or declining in recent years. This policy isn’t going to turn that around. Treat it as one tool, not a solution to bigger platform challenges.
But to make it work, your product needs to be priced lower than local alternatives. International buyers are used to fast domestic shipping. If they’re ordering from overseas, they expect a discount to justify the wait. If your price isn’t competitive, EIS won’t magically bring orders.
Where it does help: clearing domestic inventory, or keeping sales going when your overseas warehouse stock runs low.
