A buyer complained my item didn’t match the description, and Amazon immediately flagged 500+ units across 2 SKUs as “unsellable – defective.”
Later, I provided evidence, they inspected a sample, and actually SAID:
“We have checked a sample of your inventory for ASIN BXXXX and found no defects. We have asked FCs to move the units to sellable status.”
They released around 300 units that were still under review, but the original 500+ marked defective are still stuck unsellable.
It’s been over a month.
Original case is still open: Action Needed By Amazon
But nobody replies.
I’ve opened so many new cases (English support) – everyone says they don’t have permission, only the FC team can fix this.
Account Health also says they can’t do anything.
These are high-value products, so removing to a 3PL would be super expensive.
Does anyone know how to actually escalate this to the FC team and force them to fix the status?

You need to reach the fulfillment center (FC) team directly. They're the ones who marked the inventory defective. Regular support and Account Health have no power here.
A few escalation paths that have worked for others:
Meanwhile, prepare a backup plan – set up a 3PL removal order. If nothing works after a few weeks, you may need to remove and re‑send the inventory. Sometimes they come back as sellable after being removed and sent back in.
