I’m dealing with a very confusing issue and hoping to get some insights from sellers who might have faced this before.

Background:

My product has 42 Vine reviews with a 4.9 rating and ranks Top 5 in its sub-category (Best Seller Rank). We ran a Lightning Deal / Best Deal in December, and everything was performing well.

About 3 days after the deal ended, the organic rank for our main, highest-traffic core keyword dropped off a cliff. It's now been over two weeks, and it still hasn't returned. Before this, we were consistently on the first page for this keyword.

The Strange Part:

No Changes: We haven't made any changes to the listing, advertising campaigns, or had any rating/stock issues during this period.

Ads Are Fine: Our Sponsored Products ads for this exact keyword are still running and are actually showing up quite high in the search results.

Other Keywords Are Fine: Our organic rankings for other, lower-volume keywords remain normal and stable.

Sales & Traffic: Overall sales and traffic seem relatively stable, though we are concerned about losing this major traffic source.

What I've Tried:

I've tested searching for the keyword from over a dozen different devices, IPs (including different VPN nodes), and using incognito mode. The result is the same every time: our ASIN is nowhere to be found organically for that specific keyword. It seems like we've been de-indexed for this specific core keyword in organic search.

Questions for the Community:

Has anyone else experienced a core keyword being "delisted" or losing rank so suddenly while other aspects of the listing remain healthy?

Could this be related to a recent Amazon algorithm update (e.g., the rollout of COSMO) that might be redistributing traffic?

Could it be a browse node or categorization issue that only affects this keyword? I've seen suggestions to check if the browse node in the catalog matches the one in Seller Central.

Any recommendations on how to approach Seller Support for this? What specific phrasing or evidence (like case IDs, impression share screenshots) works best?
