OP:
Noticed orders were way down today. Checked my listings and most of them are gone. Turns out the trademark I had registered with Temu expired.
Back in October 2025, I registered a pending trademark. At the time, the status was “application pending,” so I set the validity period to one year.
Now it’s been a year. I’ve had the registered trademark for a while but never updated it in Temu’s system.
Went to the backend to change the trademark status from “pending” to “registered,” filled everything out, hit submit, and got Error 500. Tried different browsers, same thing.
Asked my category manager. They had no clue—just told me to check the seller help center. Not helpful.
Has anyone dealt with this? I don’t even see an option to extend the validity period—it just shows “expired.” Any advice would be huge. Thanks.

Few things I learned from dealing with this before:
2. Submitting the registered trademark
3. Getting listings back
4. Avoid this next time
Try this:
If none of that works, hit up Temu seller support. Tell them you’re getting Error 500 when updating trademark info. Include screenshots. It’s probably a server-side thing they need to fix.
