Market research:

  • Direct competitors: sales volume, pricing, margins

  • Our competitive advantage

  • Projected stable daily orders

Launch plan:

  • Initial test order quantity

  • Competitor keyword analysis

  • Our target keywords

  • Initial ad budget projection

  • Break-even timeline

  • Organic vs ad order ratio and timeline to “mid-stage”

What else should I add? Any red flags in this approach?
